- Worked with users from various departments to gather detailed requirements.
- Ensured systems and features aligned with existing business workflows and department needs.
Web Development
- Designed and developed multiple internal websites based on specific departments requirements.
- Built dynamic web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C# MVC (.Net Framework), Bootstrap, and DevExpress.
- Deployed internal websites using IIS (Internet Information Services).
Database Design & Management
- Created and managed SQL Server databases to store, retrieve, and update data efficiently.
- Used SSMS, LINQ to SQL, and C# to connect and interact with the database in the applications.
Key features implemented
- Developed a workflow-based approval system for project maintenance requests that automatically emailed supervisors for approval, notified relevant staff of the decision, and recorded the approval history for tracking and future reference.
- Added functionality to export form data to PDF and Excel for reporting and summarizing data.
